Returns and Exchanges
1. Eligibility for Return

Only timepieces purchased directly from our official online boutique or authorized flagship stores are eligible for return. Pre-orders or reservations cannot be canceled. However, the associated pre-ordered timepiece(s) can be returned once delivered to you by Avoirdupois by the terms outlined in these Order Return Terms.

Returns must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To qualify, the watch must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition, accompanied by:

The original presentation box, warranty card, certificate of authenticity, instruction manuals, and protective packaging.

The purchase invoice or proof of purchase.

2. Exclusions
Returns will not be accepted for:

Watches that have been worn, resized, engraved, or altered in any way.

Timepieces showing signs of use, scratches, or removed protective films.

Customized or special-order pieces made or modified upon customer request.
-
Watches purchased through third-party retailers, resellers, or secondary markets.
- Watches that were shipped, transported or traveled to another country or territory outside of the continental United States.
3. Return Process

Request Authorization

Contact our Client Service team at info@avoirdupois.com within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Packaging and Shipping

Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed packaging and insured shipping instructions.

For security, returns must be shipped via the approved carrier and insured service provided by our logistics partner.

Inspection and Validation

Upon receipt, our Watchmaking and Quality Control Team will conduct a full inspection to verify condition and authenticity.

This process typically requires 10-15 business days.

4. Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days of inspection approval or via mailed check.

If the returned item does not meet eligibility conditions, it will be returned to the customer at their expense, and no refund will be issued.

Shipping, insurance, and customs duties (if applicable) are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not offered. Customers wishing to exchange must first return the watch in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
6. Responsibility and Risk

The customer remains responsible for the watch until it has been received and signed for by our authorized service center.

The company is not liable for loss, theft, or damage occurring during unauthorized or uninsured returns.
7. Final Approval
All returns are subject to final approval at the discretion of the company. This policy is designed to uphold the integrity and craftsmanship of our timepieces and ensure that every client receives a watch of uncompromising quality.
